Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- LLB degree or equivalent with minimum 2nd division
- Degree must be recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC)
Experience (Any One of the Following)
- Minimum 5 years of legal practice as an Advocate in High Court (preferred), OR
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Advocate in High Court with preference for candidates having experience in government agencies or law firms
Age Limit
- Male: 30 to 45 years
- Female: 30 to 48 years
Domicile
- Punjab
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to CNF on narcotics-related cases
- Assist in prosecution and legal documentation
- Interpret laws including CNS Act and related regulations
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and courts
- Support policy implementation and compliance
Selection Process
- Written test conducted by MCQs (100 marks, 90 minutes)
- Subjects include:
- Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, English, Urdu
- Pakistan Laws and Constitution
- Control of Narcotic Substances Act 1997
- Anti-Narcotics Force Act
- Criminal Procedure Code
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
