Key Responsibilities — Assistant Manager HR Admin Finance

• HR: maintain employee files, onboarding/offboarding, attendance & leave, HRIS updates, and basic policy compliance.
• Admin: office facilities & vendor coordination, asset registers, travel/logistics, meeting support, and safe document handling.
• Finance Support: help with GRN/PR/PO flows, vouchers, petty cash, invoice verification, tax/withholding documentation, and monthly closes with the finance team.
• Prepare dashboards & reports (Excel/Sheets); keep processes audit-ready with tidy documentation.
• Coordinate across functions to meet timelines while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: BE/BSc (Engineering, 1st Division) from an HEC-recognized university (PEC where applicable).
• Experience: 3+ years in HR/Admin/Finance support roles (manufacturing/industrial/FMCG preferred).
• Skills: MS Excel/Google Sheets, documentation discipline, vendor coordination, basic accounting concepts, strong written & verbal communication.
