Eligibility

• Gender: Male, Female & Transgender
• Domicile: Any district of Punjab
• Age:
  • Male: 25 to 45 + 05 years relaxation (up to 50)
  • Female: 25 to 45 + 08 years relaxation (up to 53)
  • Transgender: as per CNIC

Required Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a PMDC/PMC-recognized institute AND
  • FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomate of American Board in the respective specialty OR equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC.
• If none available with the above: MBBS + FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCP/MD/DAB (General Surgery or Medicine—whichever is relevant) with three (03) years post-graduation practical experience in the respective specialty from a recognized institute.
• Registration: Valid (full) Permanent Registration Certificate from PMDC/PMC showing post-graduate qualification issued on or before the closing date.
• Experience note: Only practical experience after the prescribed qualification will be considered.

• Salary: As per Punjab Government Basic Pay Scale (BS-18) with applicable allowances.

Important Notes

• Employees of Federal/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are not entitled to age concession for their service period.
• Equivalence certificates (HEC/QEDC) must be provided if claiming equivalent qualifications.
• Private sector experience is acceptable only if the entity was registered (SECP/Registrar of Firms/other regulator) during the claimed period.
• Shorthand/typing tests apply only where specified for relevant posts (not applicable to this Paediatric Surgery role).
• For all medical posts: Provide PMDC/PMC registration (showing post-graduate qualification) on or before the closing date.
