Age Limit

Qualification & Experience (as per service rules)
Required Route:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC.
- Registration with PMDC/PMC.
- Postgraduate qualification: FCPS / MD / CCT / Diplomat American Board in Neonatology or equivalent recognized by PMDC/PMC.
Alternate Routes (if no candidate with above available):
- FCPS (Paediatrics), MD (Paediatrics), MRCPCH, or Diplomat American Board of Paediatrics with 1 year experience in Neonatology in a recognized training program.
- FCPS (Paediatrics), MD (Paediatrics), MRCPCH, or Diplomat American Board of Paediatrics with 2 years’ experience in Neonatology in a recognized institution.
Additional Requirements:
- 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor Neonatology (BS-18) in a recognized institute.
- At least 3 research publications in Neonatology published in PMC/PMDC/HEC recognized journals.
Pay & Benefits
- Scale: BS-19 (Punjab Government Pay Scale)
- Estimated Salary (2025): PKR 2,50,000 – 3,00,000+ per month including allowances (House Rent, Medical, Health Professional, etc.)
- Annual Increment as per Punjab Government rules.
