Qualification & Experience (as per service rules)
Primary Route:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PMC/PMDC.
- Postgraduate qualification: FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board in Urology (or equivalent recognized by PMC/PMDC).
- 5 years teaching experience in the specialty as Assistant Professor (or equivalent).
- At least 3 research papers published in standard medical journals recognized by PMC/PMDC.
Alternate Route (if no candidate with above available):
- MBBS with postgraduate qualification in General Surgery or Medicine (e.g., FCPS / MS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board).
- Plus 3 years post-graduation practical experience in Urology in a recognized institution.
Pay & Benefits
- Scale: BS-19 (Punjab Government Pay Scale)
- Estimated Monthly Salary (2025): PKR 2,50,000 – 3,00,000+ including allowances (House Rent, Medical, Conveyance, Health Professional Allowance, etc.).
- Annual Increment as per Punjab Government rules.
