Bank of Khyber is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Branch Services Officers to join our branches in Kotli and Doodiyal (AJK). This role is ideal for candidates who are committed to delivering excellent banking services while supporting efficient branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for branch customers, providing assistance and resolving queries promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other day-to-day banking operations accurately and efficiently.
- Support branch operations by maintaining records, processing documents, and ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Assist in the implementation of branch initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and Operations Managers to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- A relevant degree from a recognized university. Candidates with degrees from foreign universities must provide HEC equivalency at the time of the interview.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of banking operations and customer service principles.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
