About the Role
A fast-growing Private (Ltd) company in Lahore is hiring a General Manager Supply Chain through careerjobs333. As General Manager Supply Chain, you will design and run end-to-end supply chain strategy—demand planning, sourcing, logistics, and inventory control—while building compliant, auditable processes that keep cost, quality, and service levels on target.
Key Responsibilities — General Manager Supply Chain
- Own E2E supply chain: demand & S&OP, procurement, warehousing, and nationwide distribution.
- Establish category strategies, vendor scorecards, and framework agreements; drive cost savings and OTIF delivery.
- Implement inventory optimization (ABC/XYZ, safety stock, reorder points) and cycle counts with shrinkage control.
- Lead logistics network design, fleet/3PL governance, route optimization, and temperature/condition controls if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation and dashboards.
- Build digital visibility (ERP/MRP), KPIs (service level, lead time, inventory turns), and continuous improvement program.
- Lead a cross-functional team; coach buyers, planners, and warehouse supervisors for scalable execution.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: BE/BSc (Engineering, 1st Division) from an HEC-recognized university (PEC preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in a relevant supply chain leadership role (manufacturing/FMCG/industrial), covering procurement, planning, stores, and logistics.
- Plus: Supplier negotiations, contract management, ERP proficiency, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, risk assessment, documentation discipline, and crisp communication.
