- Minimum 20 years of total experience (additional weightage for power sector experience)
- Minimum 2 years of senior management experience
- Public sector experience in BS-20 or equivalent will qualify as senior management experience
- Private sector applicants must clearly show senior management hierarchy and reporting structure
Tenure and Remuneration
- Market-based competitive package
- Contract term: 3 years
- Annual performance evaluation by the QESCO Board of Directors
- Continuation subject to satisfactory performance
