  • Nature of Job: Contract basis for 2 years (extendable)
  • Location: Chairman’s Office, CDA Secretariat, Khayaban-e-Suharwardi, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CDA’s IT Roadmap for digitization and a paperless environment.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and management of secure IT infrastructure, networks, and data centers.
  • Ensure compliance with Government of Pakistan’s IT policies, cyber laws, and e-governance directives.
  • Safeguard CDA’s systems through cybersecurity measures, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Oversee mobile application and citizen-centric digital platform development.
  • Direct in-house development teams for software solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and public sector regulators for smooth project execution.
  • Drive innovation, automation, and digital transformation for improved public service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to PPRA rules, budgeting, procurement, and project execution timelines.
  • Enhance existing IT projects such as EFOAS, Land Record System, and One Window Initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:
  • Master’s degree (16 years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems from HEC-recognized institution.
  • Higher qualification (MS/M.Phil/PhD) in relevant field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 17 years professional experience including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in IT operations, digital transformation, large-scale project management, e-governance, automation, and procurement.
  • Age Limit: 45 + 5 = 50 Years
