About the Position
The Director Golf will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and enhancement of golf operations. This includes organizing tournaments, maintaining the golf course’s excellence, improving the member and guest experience, and driving golf-related growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in golf operations management, proven leadership in coaching and team development, and a track record of success in tournament organization and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all golf operations, including tournaments, coaching programs, and member services.
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance player engagement and attract new memberships.
- Supervise golf course maintenance in coordination with grounds staff for optimal conditions year-round.
- Lead, train, and inspire golf instructors, caddies, and support teams.
- Maintain financial discipline through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation.
- Represent the club in national and international golf events and associations.
- Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and uphold Royal Palm’s reputation as Pakistan’s leading golf destination.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or Sports Management (Doctorate or Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of extensive experience in managing golf operations at leading clubs or resorts.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing men’s and women’s golf programs.
- Strong financial management and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- International exposure in golf management or representation will be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in English and local languages are required.
- A golfer with national or international recognition will be given preference.
