Role Introduction

Key Responsibilities
- Safe Driving & Route Planning: Operate government vehicles with defensive driving discipline; plan routes within Islamabad/Rawalpindi and inter-city as directed to meet time-bound agendas.
- Vehicle Care & Upkeep: Perform daily checks (fuel, oil, coolant, tires, lights), keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, and report maintenance needs proactively; coordinate periodic servicing.
- Records & Documentation: Maintain logbooks, trip sheets, fuel and maintenance records; ensure accuracy for audit/inspection.
- Compliance & Security: Follow traffic laws, government transport rules, parking/security instructions; ensure the safety of passengers and official documents.
- Official Protocols: Support pick-and-drop for meetings, workshops, airport/railway transfers; handle official parcels/files with confidentiality.
