Assistant Director (G&SI) — BS-17

• Qualification (minimum): Master’s degree (16 years). Degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Public Administration or Law is advantageous; Gender & Women Studies preferred.
• Key competencies: Research methods and databases, gender advocacy, technical support to government bodies on gender issues, strong written/verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and IT/social media literacy.
• Preferred background: Two (02) years’ experience in a responsible position in a reputable public or private organization; five (05) years’ research experience (if available) — relevant experience will be assessed during shortlisting.
• Age limit: 30 years (relaxation per applicable rules).
• Salary / Pay: As per government pay scale and ECP rules.
