Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for HEC Undergraduate Scholarships 2025-26, applicants must:
- Be 22 years old or younger on the closing date of the advertisement.
- Hold valid domiciles for both the applicant and their father from Balochistan Province or Erstwhile FATA (merged districts).
- Have completed 12 years of education with at least 60% marks in FA/F.Sc./ICS/DAE or equivalent.
- Not have previously availed the mentioned academic qualifications before the closing date.
- Not be currently receiving any other HEC or Government scholarship.
- Not be awaiting results for their current qualification.

- Complete the online application form and upload:
- CNIC (or Juvenile Card for applicants under 18)
- Applicant’s valid domicile/local certificate (attested by District Commissioner/DC)
- Educational documents (Matric, F.Sc., ICS, DAE, O-level/A-level)
- Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 via 1Link 1Bill invoice. Payment can be made through ATM, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking:
