• 10–15 years of experience in quality management within defense, aerospace, automotive, or heavy engineering industries.
• Hands-on manufacturing/rebuild experience for tracked/wheeled defense vehicles including MRAPs/MRVs is highly preferred.
• Experience in supplier quality management, international collaboration, and risk management.
