Job Detail

In this role, you’ll build and support applications that underpin day-to-day operations. Expect to:

  • Develop and maintain web and desktop applications (e.g., C#/.NET, MVC or similar frameworks), adhering to secure coding practices and internal naming/versioning conventions.
  • Design efficient database schemas, write stored procedures, optimize queries, and maintain Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server environments with proper backups, indexing, and recovery routines.
  • Contribute to API design and integration with internal services; implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring.
  • Assist in network operations: support configurations, monitoring, and documentation for large-scale networks; collaborate with network/security teams on changes, hardening, and incident response.
  • Follow change management processes; maintain clear documentation (SRS, design notes, test plans, SOPs), and keep code repositories and issue trackers up to date.
  • Participate in UAT, performance testing, and deployment checklists to ensure smooth rollouts and audit-ready traceability.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Education: As listed above with minimum CGPA 3.00.
  • Registrations/Equivalences: Degrees/certificates must be from recognized bodies; O/A Level candidates should provide IBCC equivalence in the application.
  • Experience: Fresh or experienced applicants may apply; preference for candidates with hands-on exposure to software dev, databases, AI, and enterprise networks.
  • Core Skills:
    • Practical programming (preferably C#, ASP.NET or similar web frameworks)
    • SQL proficiency (functions, joins, indexing, performance tuning)
    • Basic DevOps hygiene (version control, CI basics, issue tracking)
    • Network fundamentals; advantage if CCNA/CCNP trained or certified

Responsibilities

  • Build, extend, and maintain business applications and APIs used by internal stakeholders.
  • Administer and optimize Oracle / MS SQL Server databases with proper policies for security, backup, and recovery.
  • Support network operations alongside dedicated teams (monitoring, documentation, standard changes).
  • Ensure security-by-design: input validation, access control layers, data protection, and logs.
  • Prepare technical documentation (SRS, HLD/LLD, test plans) and maintain tickets, release notes, and deployment records.
  • Participate in testing, UAT, performance checks, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Comply with quality and audit requirements; maintain traceable records and version control discipline.

  • Experience (where required) means post-qualification experience.
