Role Overview

In HRSI Jobs 2025 Jr Engineer Electrical, you will support senior engineers to ensure electrical assets operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. You will contribute to preventive maintenance plans, support shutdowns/turnarounds, audit contractors for quality, and help drive energy-efficiency initiatives across facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn within a structured mentorship program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in routine inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of MV/LV systems, switchgear, motors, VFDs, UPS, and generators.
• Update single-line diagrams, equipment registers, and maintenance logs; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance (thermography, vibration/insulation checks).
• Assist with shutdown planning, spares management, and contractor oversight to meet HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Draft technical notes, incident summaries, and improvement proposals for reliability and power quality.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, and HSE teams to deliver safe, on-time interventions.
• Contribute to compliance with applicable codes and company standards for electrical safety and isolation (LOTO).

Eligibility & Experience Requirements

• Education: BE/BSc in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university (PEC registration preferred).
