Role Overview and Responsibilities
Analyst-I provides operational support to the HR department, maintaining personnel files, tracking leave balances, updating employee databases, organizing recruitment files, and drafting routine administrative correspondence.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must hold a 4-year degree in Business Administration or Public Administration with an HR focus from an HEC-recognized university. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship/office experience are eligible. Upper age limit is 28 years.
