Role Overview and Responsibilities
Analyst-II assists the corporate secretariat in drafting board meeting working papers, maintaining statutory registers under the Companies Act 2017, tracking compliance with SECP directives, and coordinating institutional correspondence with the Ministry of Energy and government departments.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a 4-year degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Law, or be partly qualified in ACCA/ACMA/CAF. A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate affairs or secretarial compliance is required. Age limit: up to 30 years.
