Role Overview and Responsibilities
Analyst-II assists in recruitment lifecycle coordination, employee onboarding, attendance management, performance appraisal administration, and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS). The position involves coordinating testing service logistics, drafting HR correspondence, and ensuring adherence to company service rules.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a 4-year Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Public Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) from an HEC-recognized institution. A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification HR operations experience is required. Age limit: up to 30 years.
