Academic Responsibilities and Instructional Scope
The Assistant Professor conducts undergraduate and graduate teaching, laboratory demonstrations, and scientific research. Primary responsibilities include:
- Delivering core engineering courses utilizing outcome-based education (OBE) instructional strategies.
- Designing laboratory practical experiments, project-based assignments, and continuous assessment rubrics.
- Supervising undergraduate final year design projects (FYDPs) addressing real-world industrial challenges.
- Conducting original scientific research, authoring journal papers, and submitting research grant applications.
- Assisting in departmental academic advising, curriculum reviews, and student technical competitions.
