The daily operational scope and functional deliverables for this role include:
- Provide direct physical support to female patients in labor rooms, antenatal clinics, and postoperative maternity wards.
- Assist gynecologists, pediatricians, and staff nurses with bed preparation, privacy screens, and clean gown provisions for mothers.
- Maintain clean, sterilized, and comfortable conditions in baby nursery cots and maternal recovery sections.
- Safely transport biological waste and soiled maternal linen to hospital decontamination units according to sanitary protocols.
- Assist new mothers with comfortable positioning and bedside support during initial post-delivery recovery.
