Power Highway is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join its corporate marketing department at the Head Office in Lahore. This position oversees brand equity, consumer campaigns, and retail merchandising for SolarMax clean energy systems and Okasha Smart home automation products.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Brand Manager will be responsible for end-to-end brand stewardship, product launches, and market activation campaigns. Responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive brand positioning strategies that differentiate SolarMax and Okasha Smart across retail and B2B markets.
- Planning and executing integrated brand campaigns spanning digital media, print, outdoor advertising, and retail point-of-sale displays.
- Collaborating with product development teams on product packaging, launch collateral, and brand identity manuals.
- Monitoring brand health metrics, customer perception, and campaign effectiveness through regular market intelligence.
- Managing relationships with advertising agencies, content creators, event coordinators, and media partners.
- Ensuring consistent brand guidelines across all dealer outlets, online touchpoints, and exhibition booths.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. An MBA in Marketing is strongly preferred. Strong storytelling, campaign management, and digital brand building capabilities are required.
