- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction to plan, engineer, construct, and commission the multi-billion rupee JMC&RC tertiary healthcare facility.
- Ensure rigorous corporate governance in compliance with the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 and C-Level Appointments Guidelines, 2024.
- Oversee international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors, PMC consultants, and biomedical equipment planning.
- Report to the Board of Directors on institutional performance, risk management, financial controls, and statutory compliance.
