Wah Industries Limited (WIL), engaged in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Trading, seeks a dynamic, energetic and experienced leader for the post of CEO & MD.
Role
The CEO & MD will manage the company and its procedures in financial and other matters in accordance with the Companies Act 2017. Responsibilities include implementing Board-approved strategy and policies; arranging economical use of funds and resources; safeguarding the organization's interests; and working closely with the Board of Directors as Managing Director of all operations.
Qualification
Graduate degree from a well-reputed institute, or a professional qualification related to the principal line of business of a public-sector company, including manufacturing, mining, science, technology, agriculture, social science, or another relevant field; or membership of a recognized professional accountants body; or recognized business professional status with postgraduate degree in business administration, public administration, finance, commerce, marketing, or equivalent.
Experience
Demonstrated experience of 15 years, including at least 10 years in senior-level positions commensurate with the job in significant organizations with a commercial orientation. Previous experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development, plus a proven record of effective team management and results-driven leadership.
Contract & Compensation
Three-year contract. The poster states market-based salary and negotiable perks and privileges commensurate with qualifications and experience. Estimated salary: PKR 500,000–800,000 per month.
