Responsibilities
Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQs), interim payment certificates (IPCs), measurement sheets, rate analysis, material reconciliation, and cost control for bus depot civil infrastructure works.

Qualifications
BSc/ DAE in Civil Engineering/ Civil with 10 years' experience for BSc Civil Engineering and 15 years' experience for DAE. The experience must be relevant in Quantity Surveying. BSc Civil Engineer must be registered with PEC.
