- Supervise daily civil construction works, reinforced concrete casting, structural steel erection, and site quality control.
- Review architectural drawings, structural blueprints, bar bending schedules, and quantity takeoff estimates.
- Conduct routine material testing (concrete slump, compressive cube tests, aggregate grading) to verify structural specifications.
- Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries, and sub-contractor activities to avoid execution bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily site progress logs, measurement sheets, and interim contractor billing documentation.
Eligibility Criteria & Candidate Qualifications
