Role Overview and Examination Mandate
The Controller of Examinations manages all university examination systems, including paper setting, moderation, examination centre administration, result tabulations, transcript issuance, degree verifications, and convocation arrangements under strict confidentiality protocols.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must possess a PhD with 8 years, MS with 10 years, or Master/BS with 12 years of relevant university administrative and academic experience. Age limit is 40 to 50 years. Domicile of Punjab is mandatory.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
Contractual appointment for 3 years in Basic Pay Scale 20 with statutory university allowances.
