- Inspect raw food ingredients, grains, vegetables, and meats for freshness before beginning culinary preparation.
- Portion cooked meals accurately into covered patient food delivery trolleys according to ward dietary registers.
- Follow safe food handling practices, including proper refrigeration, temperature monitoring, and hygienic disposal of kitchen food scraps.
