Power Highway, established in 2007, is hiring a skilled and hygienic Cook for its corporate office facility located in Johar Town, Lahore. Both male and female culinary workers with sound commercial or domestic kitchen experience are encouraged to apply for this full-time staff position.
Role Overview & Kitchen Responsibilities
The Cook will manage corporate kitchen operations, including preparing daily meals, refreshments, tea, and lunch for management, staff, and official visitors. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation, properly cleaning utensils and cookware, organizing pantry inventory, and coordinating grocery and raw material procurement with administration to prevent shortages.
Candidate Profile & Culinary Requirements
This vacancy is open to both male and female applicants possessing 3 to 5 years of verified cooking experience in corporate offices, executive guest houses, catering services, or reputable restaurants. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in preparing everyday Pakistani cuisine, sound understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene, reliability, and punctuality. Operating working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
