Instructional Duties and Kitchen Management
The Culinary Specialist instructs students in meal preparation, baking, commercial food presentation, and hygiene standards. Key duties include designing task-analyzed cooking modules, maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation protocols, managing kitchen inventory, supervising students in the outreach training café, and fostering independent living skills.
