Role Overview and Operational Duties
Deputy Regional Directors assist regional leadership in overseeing daily campus management, tutor briefings, workshop operations, student counseling, and examination center administration. The role ensures efficient delivery of distance learning programs across regional districts.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a 2nd Class Master's degree alongside at least 5 years of verified experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in a public or higher education institution. Candidates must meet the respective provincial quota. Maximum age is 40 years including general relaxation.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
Appointment is on a regular/contract basis under AIOU Service Statutes.
