Operating state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities on Raiwind Manga Road in District Kasur, Sanpak designs and fabricates automotive cooling assemblies, condensers, evaporators, and HVAC modules for leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Standard Operational Scope & Professional Duties
The Design Engineer develops 3D computer-aided design (CAD) models, technical engineering drawings, and structural simulations for automotive HVAC systems and thermal heat exchangers. Duties include generating product blueprints using SolidWorks and CATIA, collaborating with Japanese engineering counterparts, participating in prototype testing, conducting tolerance stack-up analyses, and supporting tooling and die development for automotive mass production.
