Role Overview and Executive Deputation Mandate
The Director General (Regional Office) oversees provincial and regional technical vocational training delivery, accreditation of technical institutes, industrial apprenticeship partnerships, skills testing certifications, and donor-funded vocational programs. The place of posting is ICT, KPK, or anywhere in Pakistan as assigned by NAVTTC Headquarters.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Eligible candidates include regular officers from All Occupational Groups, Federal/Provincial Ex-Cadre Officers (Secretariat, Directorates, Audit & Accounts), or Provincial Management Service / Ex-Cadre Officers serving in BPS-19/20 or equivalent with at least 17 years of experience. Contract, project-based, or Tenure Track System employees are not eligible.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
Appointment is on standard deputation terms and conditions governed by federal government policies and approved NAVTTC deputation SOPs.
