Institutional Context & Operational Scope
Chowkidars provide perimeter watch, gate security, and nighttime surveillance protecting judicial complexes, record rooms, and judges residential quarters in Ghotki.
Core Responsibilities & Work Functions
The daily judicial, clerical, or operational duties for this appointment include:
- Perform perimeter security watch and gate duty at judicial court complexes and judges residences during rotating shifts.
- Ensure that all courtrooms, records rooms, and administrative branches are securely locked after working hours.
- Prevent unauthorized trespassing and monitor external perimeters against safety hazards or vandalism.
- Report any unusual occurrences, security breaches, or electrical/fire hazards to the Nazarat and security in-charge.
- Assist in maintaining orderly entry for litigants, lawyers, and police personnel during court working hours.
