Core Responsibilities & Work Functions
The daily judicial, clerical, or operational duties for this appointment include:
- Transport judicial records, file dossiers, and registers safely between courtrooms and archives.
- Attend to presiding judicial officers, serving refreshments and managing chamber visitors.
- Assist in organizing case files on the judicial dais prior to court sessions.
- Deliver inter-office communications and summons receipts across court branches.
- Support general courtroom tidiness and operational maintenance.
