- Operate official department vehicles, medical mobile units, and administrative cars in strict adherence to municipal traffic safety regulations.

- Conduct routine daily vehicle inspections including engine lubrication levels, radiator coolant, braking fluid, battery status, and tire roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate vehicle journey logbooks by recording official travel destinations, authorized route clearances, fuel consumption slips, and meter readings.
- Ensure the complete mechanical hygiene, internal sanitization, and immediate road-readiness of assigned health department fleet vehicles.
