The educational wing creates customized learning plans that bridge specialized intervention classrooms with mainstream educational settings, ensuring neurodivergent learners develop both foundational literacy and social competencies.
Instructional Scope and Pedagogical Leadership Duties
The Education & Inclusion Lead supervises special education teachers and classroom aides, spearheading the design and execution of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Duties involve assessing student cognitive and learning profiles, coaching teaching staff on differentiated instruction, adapting sensory-friendly classroom tools, coordinating educational transition plans, and interfacing with parents on academic progress.
