Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Electrician will handle electrical installations, power distribution switchboards, UPS systems, generator connections, and lighting maintenance across PIMPD training lecture halls, hostels, and administrative blocks. Tasks include troubleshooting wiring faults, servicing distribution panels, and ensuring uninterrupted electrical supply for official training programs.
Eligibility & Terms
Applicants must have passed Matriculation and hold an Electrician certificate/diploma from a recognized board, along with 2 years of relevant trade experience. Age bracket is 20 to 55 years. Only Punjab-domiciled candidates are eligible. The engagement is for 89 days on government daily wage rates and confers no right to regular appointment.
