National Rural Support Programme - Urban Poverty Alleviation Programme (NRSP-UPAP) Islamic Microfinance requires motivated personnel for the position of Field Staff to spearhead grassroots mobilization, client interaction, and microfinance delivery across multiple urban centers.
Role Overview and Field Responsibilities
Field Staff form the frontline operational unit of NRSP-UPAP, responsible for identifying eligible low-income community beneficiaries, forming community financing groups, conducting initial socio-economic verification, assisting in loan documentation, monitoring fund utilization, and coordinating scheduled recovery collections in assigned localities.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants should have completed Intermediate (FA/F.Sc) or Graduation (BA/B.Sc). For local candidates residing in immediate branch areas, Matriculation certification is acceptable. Male and female applicants with strong interpersonal and communication skills are welcomed. Upper age limit is set at 25 years. Candidates in 3rd division or currently continuing their education cannot apply.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
Starting remuneration is PKR 40,000 per month (PKR 28,000 for local applicants). Upon successful completion of the training period, a performance increment of PKR 12,000 is awarded alongside medical coverage, provident fund, and EOBI retirement registration.
