A leading Sugar Mill in South Punjab requires an experienced and technical Foreman Mill House to manage mill house operations and mechanical maintenance during the upcoming crushing season.
Role Overview and Mill House Responsibilities
The Foreman Mill House supervises cane preparatory devices, shredders, milling tandems, turbines, and juice extraction systems. The role involves overseeing pre-season overhaul, maintenance schedules, bearing adjustments, roller settings, hydraulic pressure systems, and ensuring zero unscheduled mechanical downtime during high-volume crushing operations.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must possess a DAE (Mechanical) or Matriculation with 15 years of heavy industrial experience in sugar mill engineering, having worked as a Mill House Foreman for at least 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates with operational exposure to large-scale plants with 10,000+ Tonnes Crushing per Day (TCD) capacity. Maximum age is 40 years.
