Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP), a leading multi-disciplinary engineering organization, invites applications from experienced senior engineering professionals for the position of GM Public Health Engineering (Design) at its head office in Lahore.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The General Manager PHE (Design) provides senior technical and managerial leadership over public health engineering design consultancy projects. Responsibilities encompass leading feasibility studies and detailed engineering designs for municipal water supply schemes, potable water transmission networks, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer networks, and hydraulic structures. The role requires advanced command of hydraulic modelling suites such as SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, and Hammer.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must hold at least 16 years of education in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with active Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) professional registration. A Master degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of relevant design experience in municipal water, drainage, and treatment plant infrastructure within reputable public or private consulting firms is mandatory.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
The position is offered on a contract basis with market-based compensation aligned with ECSP corporate policies.
