They assist licensed engineers and technicians with manual handling, workshop tidiness, aircraft exterior washing, and staging ground support equipment.
Core Responsibilities & Work Functions
The daily operational scope and functional deliverables for this role include:
- Assist technical teams with carrying tools, staging test stands, and setting up aircraft maintenance ladders.
- Perform external washing, polishing, and windscreen cleaning of flight training and executive aircraft.
- Maintain cleanliness across hangar bays, tool rooms, workshop floors, and equipment parking aprons.
- Support loading and unloading of aircraft spare parts, oil drums, and logistical supplies from delivery trucks.
- Carry out general support duties as instructed by senior engineering supervisors and workshop foremen.
