The HR Officer will administer recruitment cycles, clinical staff credentialing, leave management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities & Core Deliverables
- Execute talent acquisition pipelines for medical, nursing, paramedical, and administrative positions.
- Manage employee onboarding, personal dossier maintenance, and digital HRIS database records.
- Coordinate annual confidential reporting (ACRs) and key performance indicator (KPI) appraisal reviews.
- Ensure strict institutional compliance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MTI service rules and statutory labor standards.
- Handle staff grievance mechanisms, disciplinary proceedings, and attendance audits.
Minimum Eligibility & Profile Criteria
- Qualification: Master's in Business Administration (HR) / MS HR or 4-year BBA (HR) from an HEC recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification HR experience in a reputed public or private tertiary care hospital.
- Skills: Excellent command of MS Office, HR analytics, and institutional administrative drafting.
