Technical Scope and Systems Management Duties
The ICT / MIS & Records Officer administers enterprise IT hardware, local area networks, cloud databases, and clinical management information systems. Responsibilities include managing patient electronic records systems, maintaining cybersecurity protocols and data backups, providing desktop and networking support for staff, maintaining the company website, and digitizing institutional records for regulatory archiving.
