Operating under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, the selected candidate will support day-to-day general ledger accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager manages bookkeeping entries, monthly payroll processing, vendor payment verifications, bank reconciliations, and statutory tax filings (withholding tax and sales tax). Responsibilities also include preparing quarterly financial statements and assisting internal and external auditors during annual inspections.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must hold a 16-year degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, or hold semi-professional accounting qualifications (ACCA / CMA Inter / CA Inter). Practical proficiency in ERP accounting software and spreadsheet modeling is necessary. The age limit is up to 35 years.
