Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Manager Corporate Finance directs treasury operations, capital budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow strategies. The officer collaborates with the Chief Financial Officer and board audit committees to maintain rigorous financial governance, monitor venture disbursements, prepare statutory financial disclosures, and liaise with external auditing entities.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must possess 16 years of education in Business Administration (Finance), Accounting, or hold professional accounting credentials (CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA). A proven track record of 6 to 8 years in corporate finance, project valuation, and public procurement rules is required. The maximum age limit is 45 years at the time of application closing.
