The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), commonly known as CBD Punjab, has opened applications for the CBD Punjab HR, IT & Operations Internship 2026 under the Youth Career Program (YCP). This role provides comprehensive workplace immersion across modern human resource systems, digital enterprise infrastructure, and general organizational operations.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Interns will gain practical experience across people operations, IT infrastructure, and administrative logistics within CBD Punjab. Core assignments include:
- Supporting talent acquisition cycles, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Assisting in managing employee records, HRIS database updates, and training workshop administration.
- Providing first-level technical support for office computer systems, network connectivity, and corporate hardware.
- Assisting software engineering and enterprise systems teams in testing digital portals and internal workflow tools.
- Participating in daily operational workflows, office logistics, and internal departmental communication.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must possess an HEC-recognized degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Business Operations. A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is required. Applicants must be fresh graduates who have completed their degree requirements and are 25 years of age or younger.
Nature of Appointment & Terms
This engagement is a full-time, paid internship running for a period of up to three months. It is designed purely as an experiential training initiative and confers no right or claim to regular or permanent service within CBD Punjab.
