The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), branded as CBD Punjab, invites applications for the CBD Punjab Land and Estate Internship 2026 under its Youth Career Program (YCP). This opening offers fresh graduates foundational experience in municipal land records, estate management, property transfers, and commercial asset governance.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Interns will work closely with estate management officers and land administration staff. Daily duties include:
- Assisting in maintaining land boundary documentation, allotment files, and ownership records.
- Supporting customer service workflows concerning plot possession, title transfers, and builder inquiries.
- Participating in site verifications, encroachment surveys, and physical property boundary inspections.
- Assisting in the digitization of historical land acquisition records and revenue documents.
- Drafting official memos, allotment letters, and inter-departmental estate summaries.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Nuances
Candidates must hold an HEC-recognized bachelor's or master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Real Estate Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Land Economy, or a relevant general discipline. A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is mandatory. Only fresh graduates up to 25 years of age are eligible.
Nature of Appointment & Terms
The appointment is a full-time, paid internship for a fixed tenure of up to three months. The role is designed exclusively for professional grooming and practical learning, without conferring any entitlement to regular employment.
