ISMO is seeking 4 dynamic technical professionals for the contract position of IT Support based at its Islamabad corporate office under advertisement reference PID(I)2754/26.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The IT Support specialist delivers frontline technical assistance across the enterprise. Key duties include deploying and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems, and office productivity suites; configuring network printers and peripherals; managing user access credentials in Active Directory; providing remote and on-site troubleshooting; and maintaining asset inventories of IT equipment.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility Nuances
Applicants must hold a 4-year Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Professional IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional) and at least 5 years of hands-on desktop support experience are preferred. Maximum age is 35 years.
Nature of Appointment and Terms
The positions are contract-based with competitive market remuneration.
