The daily clinical, technical, or administrative responsibilities for this role include:
- Collect patient fees for consultations, diagnostic tests, hospital admissions, and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Issue computerized payment receipts accurately through the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
- Verify currency notes, balance cash drawers at the end of each shift, and prepare handover deposit sheets.
- Maintain orderly patient queuing at billing counters and provide courteous front-desk customer service.
- Reconcile daily counter receipts with the Cash Dealing Supervisor and deposit collections in the main vault.
